This is the first time I've decorated for Christmas since I came to Arizona. (We hung only socks last year)
My mother-in-law is buying a new Christmas tree and she gave us the one she used before. We also got a red large Poinsettia flower.
We don't have ornaments yet, but we got a beautiful Christmas tree. When I see the Christmas tree first in the morning makes me feel brighter from the morning. I'm sure the baby will be happy too. Thanks to my mother-in-law. We decorated the door with a wreath too.
When I was in early elementary school, I remember going to a Christian school childcare (you didn't have to be a Christian) and having fun decorating a big Christmas tree with my friends and putting a star on top.
I also remember being in the choir at one of their events and going around to each house.
Seeing a Christmas tree and listening to Christmas songs gives me a warm and relaxing feeling. It's the only time of the year so I want to enjoy it.
