How to reduce stress at home

Since I stay home all day because of COVID-19, I often open the shelves or refrigerator to look for food and snacks.

I had LINEapp phone call with my mother yesterday. (It's been 2 weeks to talk to her.) Japanese government has declared an emergency, everyone started working from home as possible and not to go out unnecessarily. My mother seemed to stay home whole weekend, and we laughed together that she looked for something to eat as well.

I have recently gained weight . Here's what I recently started to keep stress-free at home.

・Do abs every morning

・Eat cashew nuts and mint tablets for snacks as possible.

・Watch fun movie

・Play Lo-fi music or Jazz music
