Chicken Enchlada

Last time, we made pot roast with a slow cooker. This time, we made Chicken Enchilada. This is also all done in the evening after putting ingredients in the morning. I put guacamole, sour cream on tortillas (thin bread made of corn flour and flour), and put simmered chicken and vegetables and roll up. It was delicious.
