Aware of own feelings and say it out

Me and my husband don't really have fight, but sometimes we had small argue. Recently, we realized that small argue usually comes from being tired or hungry. So we decided to say "I'm tired" or "I'm hungry" when we feel irritated. ( We try to tell more mature "I feel tired" or "I feel hungry". ) We don't have small argue anymore.

Saying it out aloud makes myself calm and get to know each other, it's magic word.
